IGF-1 LR3

“The Growth Driver”

A long-acting variant of IGF-1, directly downstream of GH in the growth pathway, one of the more powerful muscle-building peptides, and one of the reasons people are cautious with it.

How It Works

IGF-1 LR3 is a modified version of insulin-like growth factor 1, the hormone that mediates most of GH's muscle-building effects downstream. The modification slows its breakdown, keeping it active in the body much longer than natural IGF-1.

Quick Answers

Why is IGF-1 LR3 considered higher-risk?

Because it acts directly on the growth pathway rather than upstream of it, and its long half-life means effects, and any downsides, persist longer than with most GH secretagogues.

Is IGF-1 LR3 legal?

No, it's not approved for human use and is sold as a research chemical only.

What's studied about it?

Its research base is mostly in animal and cell studies looking at growth and tissue effects. Long-term human safety hasn't been established.

What The Research Says

IGF-1 LR3 is studied mostly in preclinical settings. It's one of the more powerful compounds discussed in this space, and also one of the least backed by controlled human research.
