This page explains what information Peptide Protocol collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It's written in plain language on purpose, no legal jargon, same as everything else on this site.
Email address. If you sign up for the free guide, log in as a member, or contact support, we collect your email address. That's it, we don't ask for your name, address, or anything else we don't need.
Payment information. All payments and subscriptions are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card details are never seen by, stored on, or transmitted to our servers, they go directly to Stripe.
Membership status. If you join the Membership, we store your email, your Stripe customer ID, and your subscription status (active or inactive) so we know whether to grant you access. That's the entire record, no browsing history or usage tracking attached to it.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see basic traffic patterns, like how many people visit and which pages are popular. It's cookieless and doesn't track you individually or across other websites. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, ever. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie used strictly to keep you signed in as a member.
Your email is used to: send the free guide you requested, send your one-click sign-in link if you're a member, deliver purchase confirmations and digital downloads, and respond if you contact support. We don't send anything you didn't ask for, and every email includes an easy way to unsubscribe.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their end.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can cancel your membership at any time from your own account, no need to contact anyone. If you'd like your email and account data deleted entirely, email support@officialpeptideprotocol.com and we'll take care of it.
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
