My Story

Why I Built Peptide Protocol.

The peptide conversation online is a mess. On one side, exaggerated claims and miracle promises. On the other, blanket dismissal that ignores real, ongoing research. Neither one actually helps someone who just wants to understand what they're using.

Four years ago I was diagnosed with costochondritis, a painful inflammation where the cartilage connecting your ribs to your sternum flares up. I tried everything to fix it: stretching, anti-inflammatories, ice and heat, physical therapy, posture correction. None of it worked. I was sick of the constant sharp pain in my sternum and just wanted a real answer.

That's when I found peptides, specifically BPC-157. The research talked about accelerating the body's natural healing response and repairing things like cartilage, and something about seeing "healing" and "cartilage" in the same sentence made me pay attention. Three months later, the pain was completely gone. I could cough, take a deep breath, and get back to chest day at the gym without any of it.

That experience is the whole reason this exists. If BPC-157 could fix something doctors told me I'd just have to live with, I wanted other people to know what else might be possible, without having to wade through hype and fear-mongering to find it.

I started sharing what I was learning on YouTube: breaking down peptide science in plain language, without the hype and without the fear-mongering. This site is that same mission, built into something you can actually use and come back to: videos, a growing peptide library, a free dosing calculator, and an in-depth reference guide.

Every piece of content here is built the same way: what the actual research shows, and just as importantly, what it doesn't. When something is only studied in animals, I say so. When the evidence is more established, I say that too.

✓ Honesty Over Hype

I'd rather tell you a peptide is under-researched than oversell it. That's the whole trust model here.

✓ Clarity Over Complexity

Peptide science is dense, but it doesn't need to be inaccessible. Everything here is translated into language anyone can actually follow.

✓ No Gatekeeping

The exact numbers and details most creators leave out are things I actually get into, in plain language.
